Product Description
"Marine NSB15-3 and NSB15-4 fireproof door"
consisting of a single leaved hinged door assembly. The door leaf consists of 38 mm rock wool, density 150 kg/m3 (type ABM-SR150 by Shanghai New Type Building Material Rock Wool Factory), faced with 0.7 mm galvanized steel plates on both sides. The steel plates are glued to the insulation with adhesive HY92.
The door leaf is fixed to the door frame with 4 hinges. The door frame consists of a 1.5 mm thick steel profile insulated with ceramic wool, density 170 kg/m3 (type TG by Zhejiang Deqing Puseng Fireproof Material Co., Ltd). The frame is fitted with intumescent strips, 20 mm x 4 mm.
The door frame is bolted to the bulkhead with M5 bolts CC 200.
The door leaf may incorporate with a ventilation and escape louver in the lower part of the door leaf.
Total door leaf thickness is 40 mm.
