Product Description
"Marine NSA60-1 fireproof door "
consisting of a single leaved hinged door assembly. The door leaf consists of 18 mm ceramic wool, density 170 kg/m3 (type TG by Zhejiang Deqing Puseng Fireproof Material Co., Ltd), covered with 10 mm calcium silicate board on each side, faced with 0.7 mm galvanized steel plates on both sides. The steel plates are glued to the calcium silicate boards with adhesive HY92.
The door leaf is fixed to the door frame with 4 hinges. The door frame consists of a 1.5 mm thick steel profile insulated with ceramic wool, density 170 kg/m3. The frame is fitted with intumescent strips, 20 mm x 4 mm.
The door frame can be either welded or bolted with M5 bolts CC 200 to the bulkhead.
Total door leaf thickness is 40 mm.
