Marine Flex System (180 mm) Cable fire penetration with elastomer, for Class-A Divisions

Product Description

The system consists of 180mm long steel sleeve or rectangular coaming of 3mm minimum thickness, which is welded to the deck/bulkhead plating. Cavity between the coaming and the cables is packed with a silicate Marine Blanket, 150mm thick with a nominal density of 96 kg/m3. Both ends of the coaming are sealed by "Marine Flex" a fire retardant silicone elastomer, 15mm thick. Sizes:, Coaming type - sleeve (for non watertight and non gas tight applications), 1. 48mm dia x 180mm cable penetration with cables up to 17mm outer diameter, maximum fill ratio 29% (for deck only)., 2. 60mm dia x 180mm cable penetration with cables up to 17mm outer diameter, maximum fill ratio 19%., , Coaming type - rectangular (see ratings for watertight and gas tight applications), 1. 700mm x 300mm x 180mm, cable penetration with cable outer diameters up to 85mm for single cables and 35mm for bundled cables, maximum fill ratio 40%.
