"LMD-VSF-2 Class A-60 Vertical Sliding Service Lift Door"
Vertical sliding door consisting of door frame, upper and lower door leaves and various fittings.
The external size of the door leaves when closed is 1100 mm x 1420 mm (width x height), with:
- upper door leaf of 1100 mm x 785 mm (width x height) in external size
- lower door leaf of 1100 mm x 635 mm (width x height) in external size
Each door leaf is manufactured from 1.5 mm thick steel sheet, reinforced inside along the edges and insulated with two layers of 25 mm thick calcium silicate board type Silca SB 250 (nominal density 250 kg/m³), manufactured by Calsitherm GmbH, Germany.
Along the joint between the upper and lower door leaves, the 1.5 mm thick steel sheet is formed in U- shape with steel U-profile placed inside. In the created groove, Promatect H board (nominal density 870 kg/m³, manufactured by Promat GmbH, Germany) is inserted, covered by steel profile and fixed to the lower door leaf. Total size of Promatect H board is 34 mm x 35 mm x 1055 mm (height x depth x width)
The steel door frame consists of two parts, a 50 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm L-profile and a 70 mm x 70 mm x 3 mm RHS-profile. The L-profile is continuously welded to the steel bulkhead and the RHS profile is continuously welded with the L-profile. The combination of the RHS- and L- profiles forms a coaming around the periphery of the bulkhead opening.
The door leaves are operated through guiding rails, with steel wire cables fixed to the both door leaves and guided by means of two wheels installed at the top of the door installation frame. A single-point manual lock is installed at the bottom of the upper door leaf, arranged centrally. The lock casing is insulated on each side with 6 mm + 8 mm Promatect H board.
Total thickness of each door leaf: 53 mm.
