LMD-H120 Single Leaf Three Hinged Fire Door

Product Description

Single door with a maximum leaf of 915 x 2032 mm and overall thickness of 115 mm, constructed of a 16 Ga steel skin at unexposed side and a 14 Ga Steel skin at exposed side of the leaf. The skins are separated with Fiberfrax L-144 Ceramic Fiber Tape. The door stiffened with four 12.5 x 25 mm channels spot-welded to the 14 Ga Steel skin at 205 mm spacing and three 12.5 x 50 mm channels spot-welded to the 16 Ga steel skin at 305 mm spacing, insulated with 125 mm of 128 kg/m3 Firemaster Marine Blanket compressed insulation manufactured by Thermal Ceramics. , The door is fitted with three 100 x 125 mm surface hinges and latched by a 3-point lockset manufactured by International Hardware. , The door frame with overall dimensions of 1130 x 2248 mm, bolted into the opening using 6-mm bolts at a 200-mm spacing. The door slab/frame interface treated with 75-mm wide Kao-Tex 2000 Ceramic Fiber Tape trimmed to 30mm to fit the door flange.
