Product Description

Door frame, - External size: 2320mm wide x 2500mm high x 50mm thick, - Clear size of opening: 2200mm wide x 2200mm high, - Structure: Made by1.5mm thick steel plate. The top edge of door frame was filled with rock wool insulation material and the other three edges were filled with no insulation material. Fireproof seal strip was installed at the inside of three edges of door frame., , Door leaf (active and non-active), - External size: 1113mm wide x 2211mm high (not including the seal profile), - Structure: Totally 40mm thick composed of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate + 37.5mm thick rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate. One layer of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel edge cover was fixed at the perimeter of door leaf and adhesive was used in the interior of door leaf for the fixation of insulation material. The door leaf was attached to the door frame by three hinges installed at one side of door leaf and at the other side of door leaf a 20mm wide seal profile made by 1.0mm thick steel plate was installed, together with a fireproof lock (active leaf only) which was 1150mm above the bottom of door leaf. A stainless steel quick latch (non-active leaf only) was installed separately at the top and bottom of the door leaf. The hinged side of the fire door was unexposed to fire. The door leaf was opened towards the unexposed side., , Door Lock: C1 type marine fireproof door lock provided by Shanghai Dongsheng Lock Factory., , Glazed opening: 500mm wide x 500mm high in clear size., Louvered escape: 420mm wide x 520mm high in clear opening size., , Fireproof glass: of specification 540mm x 540mm x 28mm, which was composed, from the exposed side, of 6mm glass layer + 16mm fireproof solution + 6mm glass layer, which was provided by Yixing Yushi Special Glass Co., Ltd., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., -Nominal thickness: 100mm, -Nominal density: 150kg/m^3, , Seal material: Fireproof seal strip, -Type: AD, of specification 12.5mm x 12.5mm, provided by Shanghai Jiar Fu Decoration Material Co., Ltd., , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
