Conductors: Nickel coated copper or thermocouple extension alloys, Core insulation: PFA, Screen: Helically aluminum/polyesthere tape or nickel coated copper strands braid (when required)., Inner covering: PFA (when required), Metal covering: AISI 304 or Nickel strands braid, Outer sheath: Cross linked silicone rubber (EM9 acc. to EN50363-2-1, max operating temperature 180C, heat aging test in air 10 days @ 200 - SR acc. to ANSI/UL 758 - CSA 22.2 No 210, max operating temperature 200C, heat aging test in air 30 days @210C), Insulation and covering material (PFA) didn't show any deterioration of tensile strength, yield strength and elongation when aged at 280C for 20.000 hours
