Product Description

"HLMA60II(FY)"
is a class A-60 single-leaf fire door. Each door leaf is composed of 0.8 mm thick steel plate,10 mm calcium silicate board, 38 mm thick THG-170 type ceramic wool of 170 kg/m³ nominal density, manufactured by Tianjin Huali Thermal Insulation Building Material Co., Ltd, 10 mm calcium silicate board, 0.8 mm thick steel plate. Around and in the middle of the door leaf there is inner-frame stiffener and vertical stiffener made of 1.5 mm thick steel plate. The insulation material inside the door leaf is fixed by the adhesive.
Total door leaf thickness: 60 mm.
The four-sided door frame is formed by 1.5 mm thick steel plates filled in the interior with ceramic wool insulation. The door frame is stiffened by 3 mm steel plate inside the door frame at the hinge side. The fireproof seal strip 14 mm x 21 mm and 14 mm x 10 mm is used in the inside and outside groove of door frame, provided by Shanghai Jiar Fu Decoration Material Company Ltd. The door frame may be welded or bolted (M6x25 mm screws spaced maximum 300 mm apart) to the bulkhead.
The door leaf may be fitted with a fireproof door lock C-7 type from ShangHai LiYong Lock Co., Ltd, installed at the door leaf, located 1317 mm from the bottom and a self-closing hose port door. The door leaf is attached to the door frame by four hinges.
