Product Description
The HLJRT Class B-15 Fire Door is a single leaf fire door intended for repair purposes.
Construction:
The door leaf is 23 mm thick and consists of 0.8 mm thick steel plate + rock wool + 0.8 mm steel plate. Binder is applied between face plate and rock wool.There are 4 shoot bolts on left of door leaf, each being independent of the other and capable of being opened individually. In corresponding position there are 4 openings for the shoot bolts on left stile. On the opposite side of the shoot bolt there are 4 stainless steel plate hinges.
The door frame is made of 1.2 mm thick steel plate channel bars packed with rock wool. The frame is fixed to the bulkhead by bolts. A packing strip (2 x 18 mm) is around the inside of the door frame.
Materials:
The insulation material is YB-120 rock wool with nominal density of 150 KG/m³ produced by Bei Xin Group Building Material Co., Ltd.The binder used is PAPU-30, a single component polyurethane binder produced by Jiangsu Jing Jiang Special Binder Factory.
