“CLEAN MASTER” Is a high pressure water mist system, composed of spray heads, piping, pressurised nitrogen cylinder and water cylinder. The water mist is mixed with N2 gas. Operation is manual or automatic. The galley protection system should be designed according to new SOLAS Ch. II-2, Reg.10, 6.4.1-5.
