Product Description

"Class B-15 inspection hatch I25W15"
Is a single leaf hinged hatch composed of 0.55 mm thick galvanized steel plate + 23.5 mm thick rock wool YG-2 with nominal density of 170 kg/m3 manufactured by Changzhou Thermal Insulation Material Factory Co., Ltd. + 0.4 mm thick galvanized stainless-steel plate. PU-50 type polyurethane adhesive manufactured by Jingjiang City Specific Adhesive Co., Ltd. is used for the fixation of insulation.
The door leaf was fitted to the door frame by one piano hinge made with 1 mm thick stainless-steel o 1.5" manufactured by Foshan City Xuanyi installed at opposite side to lock.
The door leaf may be fitted with chain installed on one side of door leaf and with door lock type C-J manufactured by Nantong Hujiang Marine Technology Co. Ltd.
Fire seal strips RM1502 type manufactured by Shanghai Gallford Fire Sealing Material Company Limited were mounted around the door leaf and door frame.
Total door leaf thickness is 25 mm.
The door frame profile is constructed with 1 mm thick Q235 galvanized steel plate and 0.55 mm face panel of door frame and is connected with assistant door frame of 1 mm thick galvanized steel plate by ø3.2 mm rivets 300 mm c/c to connect rock wool panel and access door leaf.
