Total Flood Sapphire (Novec 1230) Fixed Gas Fire Extinguishing System, Equipment comprising High Pressure Cylinders (Nominal Pressure 360 psi (25 bar at 20C), Valve Assembly, System Actuation Units, Nozzles & associated Equipment., , High pressure cylinders are designed & manufactured to EN 13322-1:2003, EN 14208:2004 and/or Specifications DOT-4BA & DOT-4BW.

Ratings in accordance with Ansul Marine Sapphire Engineered Clean Agent System Design, Installation, Recharge and Maintenance Manual , Part No. 433036, Issued 1 December 2004 through 25 January 2013: | | (1) The Minimum Design Concentration: Class B 5.85%; | (2) Maximum Fill Density of Agent Storage: 75 lbs/ft; | (3) Cylinder Pressure at 70F (20C):360 psi (25 bar); | (4) Maximum Coverage Length for either 360 or 180 Nozzle: 32 ft (9.75 m); | (5) Maximum Nozzle Height above Deck for a Single Row of Nozzles: 16.4 ft (5.0 m); | (6) For Heights over 16.4 ft (5.0 m), additional Row of Nozzles may be added. | (7) Sapphire Designer Program is the only method to be used for Flow Calculations. | (8) System Operating Temperature: 32F TO 130F (0C to 54C).
