Product Description
“AC-A60-BH (A-60 CLASS FIRE DOOR)” is a single leafed hinged door fitted with four hinges, with door leaf constructed of an insulation core made of mineral wool with nominal density of 140 kg/m3 (manufactured by Byucksan Co., Ltd.).The insulation core is faced on both sides by 0.6 mm steel sheets, stiffened along the perimeter. Upper part of the door leaf is reinforced from the both sides with 100 x 1.6 mm (H x T) steel plate. Total door leaf thickness is 48 mm. The four sided door frame is made from 1.2 mm thick steel sheets, filled with mineral wool insulation (of the same type as mentioned above). The frame bolted to the bulkhead by means of M5x20 machine screws with spacing of 300 mm from unexposed side. The door frame may be also welded to the bulkhead. The door may be fitted with window in the upper part of the door, type “Contra flam marine A60” manufactured by Saint-Gobain, thickness: 28 mm.
