Product Description

Double leaf fire retardant door with glass A-60 window. Active Door leaf size 1144 x 2141 x 53 mm, non active door leaf size 1140 x 2141 x 53 mm., The door leaves were manufactured from 1.0 mm steel sheet and reinforced inside along the top edge with 50x10 mm flat steel and along the vertical edges and the bottom edge with 50x5 mm flat steel. An inlay of 50x6 mm Promatect H was placed along the edge between the flat steel and the steel sheet., The insulation consisted of two layers of 25 mm thick calcium silicate board glued together as well as to the steel sheets with approx. 2.5 kg/sq.m glue at each layer., Both door leaves were furnished with three hinges. Max. clear opening 2250x2100 mm. (Width x Height), Both leaves were mounted with ta window situated at the upper part of the door leaf. The cutout for the window (440 x 640 mm) was placed approx. 320 mm from the top of the door leaf casing. The clear opening of the glass sections was 400 x 600 mm. Glass thickness was 27 mm.
