Product Description

The exterior dimensions (widthxheightxthickness) excl. overlap, of the door leaves were:, Active door leaf 1140 x 2148 x 54mm, (excl. 38 mm overlap along lock side),, Standing door leaf 1145 x 2148 x 54mm, (excl. 30 mm overlap along lock side)., The door leafs were manufactured from 1.0mm steel sheet and reinforced inside along the top edge with 45 x 10mm flat steel as well as along the vertical edges and the bottom edge with 45 x 6 mm flat steel. Between the flat steel and the steel sheet an inlay of 6 mm thick Promatec H is placed (870kg/m3). The insulation consists of two layers of 25 mm thick calcium silicate board (Silca 250B - of density 250kg/m3) glued together and glued to the steel sheets., At the bottom of the active door leaf a hose port with exterior dimensions 185x185x53 mm is mounted. The clear opening is 150x150 mm. The hose port consists of two layers of 25mm thick calcium silicate board glued together, and with 1.0 mm steel sheet glued on both sides. Along the edges the hose port was reinforced as the door leaf.
