900NS, full name 900NS-2200-192 (2200dTex) is a high tenacity polyester base fiber made from molten polymer that is extruded into a yarn strand filament and appropriately treated to achieve the desired product strength, elongation and uniformity. 900NS has includes "SeaGard 3" marine overlay finish applied to the 2200dTex which reduces wet yarn-on-yarn abrasion, and provides more consistent strength and fatigue characteristics for the design lifetime.
