Product Description

Door leaf is manufactured from two 0.88 mm thick steel sheets and reinforced inside along the top edge, the bottom edge and the vertical edges with 40 x 3 mm flat steel. Additional reinforcement, 205 x 40 x 3 mm flat steel was mounted along the position of the three hinges. Additional reinforcement consisting 400 x 40 x 3 mm flat steel was mounted along the edge inside the lock side of the door leaf on a level with the lock casing., , The steel sheets of the door leaf were folded along the edges of the door leaf. The edges were then covered with the edge U-profile 22 x 48 x 22 x 2 mm steel. The edge profiles were welded together along all the corners as well as diagonally from the corners. Along the hinged side the edge profile was additionally fixed to the door leaf edges by means of screws for the hinges. Along the lock side the edge profile was additionally fixed to the door leaf edge with two pop-rivets one 100 mm above and another 100 below the lock casing., , The insulation inside the door leaf consisted of two layers of 20 mm thick calcium silicate board type Silca 200 glued together as well as to the steel sheets with approx. 0.8 kg per square meters glue type Promat K84., , The door leaf was furnished with three hinges., , The door leaf was provided with a latch/bolt lock. The lock casing was insulated on both sides with 85 x 180 x 3 mm Promatect H board. A protection cap was welded to the backside of the doorframe covering the holes for the latch/bolt lock., , The exterior dimensions of the door frame were 1320 x 2340 x 54 mm (width x height x depth)., , The steel door frame consisted of a 50 x 54 x 23 x 3 mm Z-profile. The door frame was mounted to the bulkhead with M8 x 20 mm bolts with nut per approx. 250 mm along the entire door frame., , The clear opening dimensions of the door were 1180 x 2200 mm (width x height).
