A-60 fire side scuttle, type XF002-02-98

Product Description

"A-60 fire side scuttle, type XF002-02-98"
Composed of a steel frame and a glass unit. The glass unit consists of (from exposed side):
- 6 mm tempered glass
- 20 mm (fire proof solution)
- 19 mm tempered glass
The window glass is provided by Qinhuangdao City Haigang District Yuehua Industrial Technical Factory.
Total thickness of glass unit is 45 mm.
The window frame is made of main frame (10 mm steel welded together to form a L-shape), assistant window frame, pressing plate (13 mm steel). The assistant window frame is screwed to the main frame. The press plate is screwed to the assistant window frame with 4mm rubber layer in between. The inside of the frame is filled with
ceramic wool filling (170 kg/m³). The main frame is welded to the bulkhead.
