Product Description
Door leaf dimensions of 2583x2864mm with 54 mm thickness. , Door leaves are manufactured from two 1.5 mm thick steel sheet and reinforced inside along the top and the bottom edge with 50x5mm flat steel as well as along the hinge edges with 50x5mm flat steel. An inlay of 50x6mm Promatect H is placed inside along the edges between the flat steel and the steel sheet of the door leaves., The internal insulation consists two layers of 25mm thick calcium silicate boards SILCA 200, glued together and to the steel sheets with approx. 2.5 kg/m2 glue at each layer., The both door leaves are furnished with three 180mm long steel hinges., , The active door was mounted with a hose port with external dimensions of 230x207x53mm. , Hose port is manufactured from 1.5 mm thick steel sheet and reinforced inside along the top and the bottom edge with 50x5mm flat steel as well as along and the vertical edges with 50x5mm flat steel. An inlay of 50x6mm Promatect H is placed along the edges between the flat steel and the steel sheet of the hose port., , The internal insulation consists two layers of 25mm thick calcium silicate boards SILCA 200, glued together and to the steel sheets with approx. 2.5 kg/m2 glue at each layer., The hose port is furnished with a 100mm long steel hinge.
