Product Description
Door leaf dimensions of 1284x2234mm with 54 mm thickness. , Door leaves are manufactured from two 1.0 mm thick steel sheet and reinforced inside along the top edge with 45x10mm flat steel as well as along the bottom and the vertical edges with 45x6mm flat steel. An inlay of 45x6mm Promatect H is mounted along all four edges, discontinued at the hinges, between the flat steel and the steel sheet and additional 15x6mm Promatect H is mounted inside along the edges towards the furnace., , The internal insulation consists two layers of 25mm thick calcium silicate boards SILCA 200, glued together and to the steel sheets with approx. 0.8 kg/m2 Promat K84 at each layer., The door leaf is furnished with three hinges, one latch/bolt lock. , , At the bottom of the lock side the door leaf, a hose port with exterior dimensions 188x188x54mm is mounted. The clear opening is 150x150 mm., The hose port consists of two layers of 25mm thick calcium silicate board SILCA 200 SB glued with approx. 0.8 kg/m2 glue K84 and with 1.0 mm steel sheet glued on both sides. , , Along the edges the horse port is reinforced with 45x6mm flat steel. An inlay of 45x6mm Promatect H is mounted along all four edges between the flat steel and the steel sheet, and additional 15x6mm Promatect H is mounted along the edges inside the hose port towards the furnace side., , The door leaf was mounted with a window situated at a distance of 245mm from the top of the door leaf to the top of the window frame. The cut in the door leaf was 440 x 640 mm. The clear opening of the glass section was 400 x 600 mm. The dimensions of the glass, CONTRAFLAM Marine A60, were 430 x 630 x 27 mm.
