Product Description

A-0 Weathertight & Gastight Door, , Door frame:, Four-side door frame of external size 970mm wide x 2020mm high x 67mm deep, and clear opening size is 800mm wide x 1850mm high. The door frame is made by 5mm thick steel plate, and there is no insulation material filled in the interior. A continuous groove of 20mm x 21mm is fixed along the inside perimeter of door frame for the fireproof seal gasket to fill in., , Door Leaf:, 875mm wide x 1925mm high in external size. , The door leaf is totally 40mm thick composed of 3mm thick steel plate + 34mm thick air gap + 3mm thick steel plate and it is wrapped at edges with one layer of 1mm thick stainless steel. Inside door leaf, no insulation material but two angle steels of 34mm x 20mm x 2mm were fixed longitudinally for reinforcement. The door leaf is attached to the door frame by three steel hinges installed at one side of door leaf and at the other side a fireproof lock is installed, which is 400mm above the bottom of door leaf. There is a 12mm x 4mm weathertight stuffing fixed around door leaf.
