Product Description
1W70 (2200dTex) is a high tenacity polyester base fiber made from molten polymer that is extruded into a yarn strand filament and appropriately treated to achieve the desired product strength, elongation and uniformity. 1W81 is 1W70 (base yarn) with SeaGard marine overlay finish which reduces wet yarn-on-yarn abrasion, and provides more consistent strength and fatigue characteristics for the design lifetime.
