Product Description
"UB-803"
is a bulkhead panel system composed of a 0.6 mm thick steel sheet insulated on one side with 30 mm thick mineral wool with density 200 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC Corporation, Korea). The insulation material is fastened to the steel sheet by adhesive. The steel sheet covers the side of the panel and extends 15 mm over the insulation on the insulated side.
The panels are fastened to each other by screws cc 300 mm. An internally insulated 1 mm thick steel profile is fitted over the panel joint on the panels insulated side, by a set of two screws each 300 mm along the joint.
Total panel thickness is 30 mm.
Total thickness over the panel joint is 45 mm.
The panel may be produced at the premises of Site Factory, 311 Yongjeonsaneopdanji-gil, Samnangjin-eup, Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea.
