"SM-A60-WTD"
Double leafed hinged door composed of an equal double door leaf in a steel frame. The door leaves are composed of a 3 mm thick steel plate around an insulating core of mineral wool with density 280 kg/m3 (Keumgang Korea Chemical Co., Ltd.). The top horizontal part, 150 mm space, exterior panal is reinforced with 3 mm steel internally. The door leaves are fitted with stainless steel locksets and attached to the frame with 6 hinges (3 for each door). 20mm steel plates are reinforced below the door leaf exterior panel side at the position of the hinges. Ceramic door bumper, ø30 mm, is fitted along the both vertical / horizontal edge of the door leaf to the frame. Both the door leaves are also overlapped by bumpers to cover the middle seam of the door.
The door leaves may incorporate a 27 mm thick window with type designation "Contraflam 60-N2" in the upper half of the door. The window frame consists of 2 mm steel profiles, fitted with 5 mm ceramic packing and reinforced around with 3 mm steel profile.
The frame profile is constructed from 5 mm steel. The door frame is fitted with ceramic frame bumper, ø20 mm, along the vertical / upper horizontal side and is to be bolted (M10x35, pitch 250-300 mm) to the steel bulkhead with a gasket, 3 mm thick, all around (type: nonflammable rubber packing, Chen Won Co., Ltd.).
Total thickness of door leaf: 80 mm
