Product Description

"SM-A60-LD"
is a double leaf hinged door. The door leafs are composed of a 0.8 mm thick steel plate around an insulating core of 60 mm thick mineral wool of density of 200 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC CORPORATION). The upper part of the door plate, 150 mm space, is internally reinforced with 2 mm thick steel. The overlapping groove of inactive door leaf is fitted with ø20 mm ceramic bumper (manufactured by Chen Won Co. Ltd).
The frame profile is constructed from 4 mm steel. The door leaves are attached to the frame with 8 hinges (4 for each door leaf) and the door frame may be welded or bolted with M8x35 bolts spaced 250-300 mm apart to the bulkhead. The groove around the sides and top perimeter of the door frame is fitted with ø20 mm ceramic bumper (manufactured by Chen Won Co. Ltd).
The door leafes may incorporate:
- 440 mm x 440 mm window in the upper half of the door, type designation "Contraflam 60-N2".
Thickness: 27 mm.
- 150 mm x 150 mm hoseport with the same thickness and composition as door leaf in the lower corner of the door (opposite to hinge side).
- Optional 2-point or 3-point latch system.
Total thickness of door leaf: 60 mm.
