Product Description

An Insulated single hinged steel door with door leaf dimensions wxh=1192 mm x 2366 mm and thickness 88 mm. The clear opening in he bulkhead was wxh = 1169 mm x 2370 mm. The door leaf was constructed of 3.0 mm steel sheets (355 MC RAEX) and 4.0 mm and 3.0 mm thick steel stiffeners (S235JRG2, RST 37-2), four on exposed side and three on unexposed side of the door leaf. The door leaf was insulated with two layers of 38 mm Firemaster 607 (nominal Density 128 kg/m3) and one 6 mm Calcium Silicate Supalux board., The door edges were overlapping the frame profile approximately 20 mm and the rebate profile was fixed with 28 bolts of type M12 x 35 c/c 145 - 275 mm to the bulkhead. Ceramic Sil-Tex 3x30 mm bond was used between the frame profile and bulkhead to tighten the joint., The door leaf was equipped with four HD-hinges and a three point lock system. On the hinge side in connection with the lock, the door leaf was covered with a 210 mm wide and 2.0 mm thick steel cover., The door leaf was equipped with a window unit with dimensions WxH = 200 x 500 mm (size of clear opening of the glazing). The glass was of type Pilkington Pyrostop A60-EI60 (260 mm x 560 mm x 27 mm).,
