Product Description
S070S - Single Sliding (A-60),
is a single leaved sliding door with door blade composed of two insulation layers of 38 mm "FireMaster Marine Plus"(density 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics) with 6 mm Supalux board (density 950 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat) in the middle. The layers are glued with adhesive of type Conlit Kleber (manufactured by Rockwool AS). The insulation is covered with 3 mm thick steel plates with internal stiffeners of specification 4 x 35 x 35 mm.
Total door leaf thickness is 88 mm.
The door leaf is connected to the upper rail system at two suspension points.
The door frame is made of 5 mm thick steel plate fixed to the bulkhead with bolts (M12 bolts c/c 280 mm) and may be welded to the bulkhead. The seal type "SilTex" 2 x 30 mm is fitted between the door frame and bulkhead.
The door may be fitted with a 27 mm thick window type "Pyrostop A60-EI60" manufactured by Pilkington.
