Product Description
S060S - External Single Sliding (A-60),
is a single leaf sliding door assembly with door leaf composed of 2 mm steel sheets around vertical stiffeners and insulation material. The door leaf is insulated with two layers of 38 mm Firemaster X-607 mineral fibre blankets (density 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics) and one layer of 9 mm calcium silicate Supalux board (density 875 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat). The layers are glued with adhesive of type Conlit Kleber.
Total door leaf thickness is 85 mm.
The frame is made from 4 mm steel profiles. The frame and door leaf are fitted with 2 x 20 mm intumescent material all around. The door leaf is connected to the upper rail system at two suspension points. The door frame may be welded or bolted (M10 bolts c/c 200-300) to the bulkhead.
