"MV2255V steel door with ventilation channel"
A door construction consisting of a single leaf hinged steel door in a steel frame. The door leaf composed of 1.0 mm thick steel plates on each side of an insulation core. The insulation core composed of approximately 50 mm thick Slab 180 type mineral wool of density 180 kg/m3 (manufactured by PAROC Oy Ab) and glued to the steel sheets. The door leaf is fitted to the frame with 3 hinges. The frame with the panel with maximum high of 335 mm above the door leaf is bolted (4.8 mm tap screw c/c 500 mm) to the adjacent bulkhead panels. The top panel is made of 1.5 mm steel sheets, insulated with two 20 mm thick layers of Slab 180 type mineral wool of density 180 kg/m3 and with a 6 mm thick CWB board in the middle. The door frame profile is constructed with 1.5 mm thick steel plate.
The door leaf may incorporate with a 500 x 140 mm ventilation channel in the upper part of exposed side of the door leaf and in the lower part of unexposed side of the door leaf.
An intumescent gasket 2.5x10 mm (of type Pyroplex ES) is fitted around the perimeter of the door leaf.
Total thickness of door leaf: 56 mm
