Product Description

Hatch Structure: The door frame was 779mm wide x 779mm long in external size, which was made by 1.5mm thick steel plate. The clear opening size of the hatch was 700mm wide x 700mm long. The door leaf was 723mm wide x 725mm long x 25mm thick in external size, which was composed of 0.6mm thick steel plate + rock wool + 0.6mm thick steel plate, and adhesive was used in the between the rock wool and steel plate for bonding. The door leaf was attached to the door frame by hinge installed at one side of door leaf, and at the other side of door leaf, two small locks were installed, which could lock the door leaf tightly in door frame when the door was closed. Fireproof seal strip was padded at the joint between door leaf and door frame at the perimeter of doorset., , Ceiling Structure: , Assembled with four pieces of 3000mm long x 600mm wide x 30mm thick compound rock wool plates. The ceiling panels were totally 30mm thick composed of 0.6mm thick steel plate + rock wool + 0.6mm thick steel plate. Adhesive was used in between the galvanized steel plate and rock wool for bonding. The ceiling panels were wedge jointed. The ceiling after assembly was installed in an enclosed frame made by angle steel of L63x63x5mm, and a press frame made by angle steel of L63x63x5mm was fixed upon the enclosed frame and was connected with the enclosed frame by intermittent welding. The external size of the enclosed frame was 3040mm long x 2440mm. , , Door Locks: right-angle turn locks, which were provided by Suzhou Dirak Co., Ltd., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex marine rock wool produced by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Material Co., Ltd., -Nominal thickness: 50mm, -Nominal density: 150kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type two-component polyurethane adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd.
