Product Description

Structure: Assembled by four long compound rock wool plates and four short compound rock wool plates. The long panels were 2400mm long x 600mm wide x 30mm thick and the short panels were 600mm long x 600mm wide x 30mm thick. These plates were totally 30mm thick composed, from the exposed side, of 0.6mm thick punched steel plate + rock wool + 0.6mm thick steel plate. The holes at punched steel plate were 2.5mm diameter, distributed at intervals of 5mm. Adhesive was used in between the steel plate and rock wool for bonding. The panels were wedge jointed and the wedge cut was 22mm deep. The ceiling after assembly was installed in an enclosed frame made by angle steel of L63x63x5mm, upon which a press frame made by angle steel of L63x63x5mm was fixed and was connected with the enclosed frame by intermittent welding. The external size of the enclosed frame was 3040mm long x 2440mm wide in external size. , , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: marine Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang Kangmeida New Insulation Material Co., Ltd., -Nominal thickness: 50mm, -Nominal density: 150kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type two-component polyurethane adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd.
