Product Description

Structure: Assembled by four 2700mm long x 600mm wide x 30mm thick long compound rock wool plates and four 300mm long x 600mm wide x 30mm thick short compound rock wool plates. These plates were totally 30mm thick composed of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate (with sound absorbing holes and as the exposed side) + rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate, and adhesive was used in between the steel plate and rock wool for bonding. The panel boards were wedge jointed, and the wedge cut was 22mm deep. The ceiling after assembly was installed in an enclosed frame made by angle steel of L63x63x5mm. A press frame made by angle steel of L63x63x5mm was fixed upon the enclosed frame and the press frame was fixed to the enclosed frame by intermittent welding., , The ceiling was hung under the A class structural core and was mounted in another horizontal rigid frame, and the frame could support and restrict the ceiling effectively. The air gap between the ceiling and the deck structural core was 420mm thick., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., -Nominal thickness: 100mm, -Nominal density: 150kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
