Product Description

Door frame, - External size: 2360mm wide x 2330mm high x 90mm thick, - Clear size of opening: 2200mm wide x 2200mm high, - Structure: Made by1.5mm thick steel plate and the rock wool filled inside. There was a continuous groove fixed at the three edges of door frame for the fireproof seal strip to fill in. , , Door leaf (active and non-active), - External size: 1116mm wide x 2214mm high, - Structure: Totally 50mm thick composed, of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate + 19mm thick rock wool + 10mm thick inorganic fireproof board + 19mm thick rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate. One layer of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel edge cover was fixed at the perimeter of door leaf and adhesive was used in the interior of door leaf for the fixation of insulation material. The door leaf was attached to the door frame by three hinges installed at one side of door leaf and at the other side of door leaf a 25mm wide seal profile made by 1.0mm thick steel plate, together with a fireproof lock (active leaf only) which was 1100mm above the bottom of door leaf. A stainless steel quick latch (non-active leaf only) was installed separately at the top and bottom of the door leaf. The hinged side was unexposed to fire and the door was opened towards the unexposed side., , Door Lock: C1 type marine fireproof door lock provided by Shanghai Dongsheng Lock Factory., , Glazed opening: 500mm wide x 500mm high in clear size., Fire hose port (active leaf only): 157mm wide x 164mm high in clear opening size., Louvered escape: 420mm wide x 520mm high in clear opening size., , Fireproof glass: of specification 540mm x 540mm x 32mm, which was composed, from the exposed side, of 6mm glass layer + 20mm fireproof solution + 6mm glass layer, which was provided by Yixing Yushi Special Glass Co., Ltd., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. / YB type inorganic fireproof board produced by Suzhou Youlian Ship Equipment Co., Ltd., -Nominal thickness: 100mm / 10mm, -Nominal density: 150kg/m^3 / 1000kg/m^3, , Seal material: Fireproof seal strip, -Type: 8967, of specification 13.5mm x 16mm, provided by Shanghai Jiar Fu Decoration Material Co., Ltd., -, Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
