Product Description

Structure: Overall dimension was 3020mm wide x 2520mm high, which was assembled with ten 2500mm high x 25mm thick compound rock wool plates (including two 800mm wide and the other eight 550mm wide) in C-type joint. The panels were fixed in the enclosed frame made by angle steel of L100x75x7mm and were fastened by angle steel of L63x63x6mm. The whole specimen structure was 25mm thick compound rock wool plate + 20mm thick air gap + 25mm thick compound rock wool plate, 70mm in total thickness., , Compound rock wool plates: Composed of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate + rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate with sound-absorbing holes (faced to the air gap), 25mm in total thickness. Adhesive was used in between the galvanized steel plate and rock wool for bonding. The connector clip was of specification 11mm x 10mm., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., -Nominal density: 150 kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
