Product Description

Door frame, - External size: 600mm wide x 2500mm high x 25mm thick, - Clear size of opening: 450mm wide x 1800mm high, - Structure: B class compound rock wool plate, , Door leaf, - External size: 478mm wide x 1828mm high (including the chimb), - Structure: Totally 20mm thick composed of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate + rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate, and adhesive was used in the interior structure of door leaf for the fixation of insulation material. The door leaf was attached to the door frame by two steel hinges installed at one side of door leaf, and a lock with connecting rod was installed at the mid height of another side of door leaf. The hinged side of the inspection door was exposed to fire while the door was open towards the unexposed side., , Door locks: Lock with top and bottom connecting rods, which were provided by Suzhou Dirak Industrial Lock Co., Ltd., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., -Nominal thickness: 100mm, -Nominal density: 150kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
