Product Description

“KS-BC50 - Type Class B-15 Bulkhead”
The bulkhead panels composed of:
- 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (exposed side)
- 48.5 mm thick Fibertex type rock wool
- 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel sheet (unexposed side)
The Fibertex type rock wool of density 150 kg/m3 is manufactured by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. The bulkhead panels include longitudinal cable ducts in size 50 x 25 mm (W x H). The whole construction is mounted in an enclosed frame made of steel L-profile 63 x 63 x 6 mm and fasted with L-profile 63 x 63 x 6 mm.
The galvanized steel plates and insulation are glued together with adhesive.
The panels are joined together on exposed and unexposed side by connector clips made of 0.6 mm thick galvanized steel plate.
Total panel thickness: 50 mm
