Product Description

Structure: Overall dimension was 3020mm wide x 2520mm high, which was assembled with five 2500mm high x 50mm thick compound rock wool plates (including one 800mm wide and the other four 550mm wide) in C-type joint. The panels were fixed in the enclosed frame made by angle steel of L63x63x6mm and were fastened by angle steel of L63x63x6mm., , Compound rock wool plates: Composed of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate + 48.5mm thick rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate, which were totally 50mm thick. Adhesive was used in between the galvanized steel plate and rock wool for bonding. The connector clip was of specification 12mm x 10mm. Each piece of compound rock wool plate was fixed inside with longitudinal cable ducts, and sectional size of the duct was 50mm x 25mm., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., -Nominal density: 150 kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
