Product Description

Structure: A compound construction consisting of class B-0 lining (exposed to fire) + 90mm air gap + A class bulkhead structure core., , B-0 Lining: Assembled by five 2500mm high compound rock wool plates (four 550mm wide pieces and one 800mm wide piece) which were jointed by connector clips, and the connector clips were of specification 12mmx10mm. The compound rock wool plates were totally 25mm thick composed, from the exposed side, of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate + rock wool + 0.6mm thick galvanized steel plate with sound-absorbing holes, and adhesive was utilized in between the galvanized steel plate and rock wool for bonding. The lining after assembly was mounted in an enclosed frame made by angle steel of L63x63x6mm. A press frame made by angle steel of L30x30x3mm was fastened at the inside perimeter of the enclosed frame and was connected with the enclosed frame by intermittent welding. External size of the enclosed frame was 3040mm wide x 2520mm high., , A class bulkhead structure core: 3020mm wide x 2500mm high x 5mm thick in external size, on which six L63x63x6 mm angle steel stiffeners were applied vertically at intervals of 600mm., , Insulation: Non-combustible material, -Type: Fibertex type rock wool produced by Tianchang KMD New Insulation Materials Co., Ltd., -Nominal density: 150 kg/m^3, , Adhesive: Low flame-spread material, -Type: YB2002X/YB8001 type adhesive produced by Shanghai Ningrui Adhesives Science & Development Co., Ltd.
