Product Description
H110S - Single Hinged (A-60),
is a single leaved hinged steel door assembly with door leaf composed of 4 mm steel sheets around an insulating core. The door leaf is insulated with two 38 mm layers of the calcium-magnesium-silicate wool Firemaster 607 Blanket (density 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics) and one layer of 6 mm calcium silicate Supalux Board (density 875 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat). The door leaf is fitted with a neoprene gasket all around. The frame is made from 5 mm steel profiles and is fitted with intumescent material all around.
Total door leaf thickness is 100 mm.
The door leaf is fitted with a 4-point latch and fixed to the frame with 4 steel hinges.
The door frame may be welded or bolted (M12 bolts c/c 240-260 mm) to the bulkhead.
