Product Description

H070DT - Double Hinged w/Top Panel (A-60),
is double hinged stiffened steel door with top panel. The top panel and the door leaves are insulated with two 38 mm thick layers of ceramic fibre Firemaster X-607 (density 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics) and with 6 mm thick Supalux board (density 875 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat).
Ceramic gaskets are fitted in the door frame, and expansion gasket is fitted between primary and secondary door leaf. One of the door leaves may be fitted with a 27 mm thick window of type Pilkington Pyrostop 60-201. The door is fitted with a "3-Point Latch" . Each door leaf is fixed to a 4 mm steel profile frame with 4/3 hinges for single/double door, respectively. Door frame may be bolted (M12 bolts c/c 145- 275 mm single door, c/c 180- 295 mm double door) or welded to the bulkhead
Total door leaf thickness is 88 mm (single door) and 82 mm (double door).
A-60 double leaf hinged door with top panel A60 class can be manufactured as a single door with top panel and as a double door without top panel.
