H070DI - Double Hinged w/Inset Door (A-60),
is a double leaved door which consist of 3 mm steel sheets with stiffeners on each side and an insulating core of 2x25 mm + 38 mm "FireMaster Marine Plus Blanket" (density 96 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics) and in the middle a 2x6 mm "Supalux" boards (density 960 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat). Fibre material gasket Ø30 mm "Silica-FIB packing" with density of 450 g/m is fitted into the door blades against the door frames.
Total door leaf thickness is 100 mm.
The double hinged door is fitted with 4 hinges each and a four point latch system. The inset door is fittedwith three hinges and a three point latch system. "A-60 Double Hinged with Inset Door" can be manufactured without Inset Door.
The door frames are made of 4 mm steel plates and the outer door frame may be bolted (M12 bolts c/c 200- 260 mm) or welded into the bulkhead. The inset door frame is welded to the door blade of the double hinged door.
