Product Description

H050S - Single Hinged (A-60),
is a single leaved door equipped with four hinges composed of 2 mm steel sheets stiffened with L-shaped steel profiles (with dimensions of 30 x 30 x 3 mm). Five stiffeners are mounted on the exposed side and four on the unexposed side of the door leaf. The door leaf was insulated with two: 25 mm and 38 mm thick layers of Firemaster Marine Plus ceramic blankets (density of 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Morgan Thermal Ceramics) and one layer of 9 mm calcium silicate Supalux Board (density of 950 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat) between them. The layers are glued with adhesive. Silica-fibre rope (Ø20 mm) gasket is fitted between door leaf and frame.
Total door leaf thickness is 76 mm.
The door frame is made of 4 mm thick Z-shaped steel profiles and may be welded or bolted (M8 bolts c/c 220-280 mm) to the bulkhead.
The door leaf may be fitted with a window with 27 mm thick glass of type Pilkington Pyrostop A60-EI60, and a threshold type Planet MF or alternatively fixed threshold made of 35 mm-high U-profile.
