Product Description

H020S - Single Hinged (A-60),
is a single leaf hinged door. The door leaf consists of two layers of mineral wool, each 30 mm thick of type U SeaProtect Slab 90 (density 90 kg/m3, manufactured by Isover Saint-Gobain). A 6 mm thick Supalux board (density 950 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat UK Limited) is fitted in the middle of the door glued to the insulation layers. The layers are glued with adhesive. The insulation core is covered with 1 mm steel sheets on both sides of the door. The door leaf is connected to the frame with 3 steel hinges.
Total door leaf thickness is 67 mm.
A drop-down threshold of type Planet MF-FH+RD is fitted under the door leaf. The threshold is lying against a 3 mm thick steel profile fastened to the surface layer by screws.
A silicone-based gasket is fitted around the perimeter of the three-sided frame. The frame is made of 2 mm steel sheets and may be fully welded or bolted (M8 bolts c/c 300 mm) to the bulkhead.
The door may be fitted with a window in the upper part of the door with thickness 27 mm, type Pyrostop 60-201 A60-EI60, manufactured by Pilkington. The window frame is insulated with FireMaster Marine Plus (density 128 kg/m3, manufactured by Thermal Ceramics).
