H020D - Double Hinged with U-threshold (A-60)

Product Description

H020D - Double Hinged with U-threshold (A-60),
is a double leaved hinged door with each door leaf composed of two layers with 30 mm mineral wool of type U SeaProtect Slab 90 (density 95 kg/m3, manufactured by Saint-Gobain Isover) and 6 mm calcium silicate board Supalux Hard (density 950 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat) in between. The outer layer on both sides of the door leaf is covered with 1 mm thick steel sheets. All layers are glued with adhesive.
Overlap on lock side of the active door leaf is fixed with insulation rope gaskets of type SILICA-FIB Ø15 mm.
Total door leaf thickness is 68 mm.
The door frame may be welded or bolted (M8 bolts c/c 200 mm) to the bulkhead. Each door leaf is fixed to the frame which is made of 1.5 mm thick steel profiles by three reinforced hinges. Upper frame profile is connected to side frame profiles by means of overlap corner profiles, all joined together with M5x16 screws.
Door frame is fitted with fixed threshold of two steel U-profiles with dimensions 25 x 67 mm (H x D).
The active door leaf may incorporate a window in the upper half of the door, type designation Pilkington
Pyrostop A60 EI60 (manufactured by Pilkington) with outer dimensions 260 x 560 x 27 mm (W x H x T).
