H020D - Double Hinged Drop Down Seal (A-60)

Product Description

H020D - Double Hinged Drop Down Seal (A-60),
is a double leaved hinged door with each door blade composed of two 30 mm thick layers of mineral wool, type "U SeaProtect Slab 90" (density 95 kg/m3, manufactured by Saint-Gobain Isover G+H AG) with 6 mm thick "Supalux Hard board" (density 950 kg/m3, manufactured by Promat) in between. The outer layer on both sides of the door blade is covered with 1 mm thick steel sheet. All layers are bonded with adhesive. Void on inside of active door blade along the lock side is insulated with "Firemaster Marine
Plus" (density 70 kg/m3, manufactured by Morgan Advanced Materials). Overlap on lock side of the active door blade is fitted with seal of type Silica fibre (Ø15 mm).
Total door leaf thickness is 71.5 mm.
Door leaves are fitted with automatic drop down seal.
Each door leaf is fitted to the frame by 3 reinforced hinges. The door frame is made of 1.5 mm thick steel profiles and may be bolted (M8 bolts c/c 255 - 300 mm) or welded to the bulkhead. Upper frame profile is connected with side frame profiles by means of overlap corner profiles, all joined together with M5x16 screws.
The active door leaf may incorporate a window with thickness of 27 mm in the upper half of the door, type designation "Pilkington Pyrostop EI60" (manufactured by Pilkington).
