The Dräger PSS 7000 is a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) that uses an open-circuit breathing
system, comprised of a single high pressure air cylinder, ergonomic height-adjustable carrying system
including harness and waist belt, lung demand valve and face mask.
The user will be alerted by a mechanical and also if fitted, an electronic signal and warning unit, before
the volume of the air in the cylinder has been reduced to less than 200 l.
