Product Description

“DNP-STAN-PD60-01”
is a single- or multi-bladed fire damper consisting of a 3 mm stainless steel casing and 1.5 mm double skinned, insulated blade(s). The damper casing is 370 mm deep. Actuation is done manually or automatically by thermal triggering device (bulb) combined with a pneumatic spring return actuator.
The maximum size of a single bladed fire damper is 1400 mm x 400 mm (W x H). Maximum blade size is 1400 mm x 400 mm (W x H). For single bladed fire dampers with blades higher than 400 mm (H), a transom is to be fitted between each blade. The transom is a stiffened plate insulated on both sides with 50 mm, 120 kg/m3 mineral wool from KCC Corp.
The maximum size of a multiblade fire damper is 1400 mm x 1350 mm (W x H). Maximum number of blades are 4. Maximum blade size is 650 mm x 400 mm (W x H). For multiblade dampers wider than 650 mm (W), a mullion is to be fitted. The mullion is a stiffened plate insulated on both sides with 50 mm, 120 kg/m3 mineral wool from KCC Corp.
The damper casing flange is either welded or bolted to the ventilation sleeve/duct*.
