COSMO B-15NR

Product Description

“COSMO B-15NR”
is a single leaf hinged door. The door leaf consists of a 44 mm thick core of mineral wool, nominal
density 140 kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC CORPORATION), bonded with adhesive to 0.6 mm thick steel
sheets on both sides. The upper part of the door leaf, 120 mm space, is internally reinforced with 1.5
mm thick steel plate. 17 mm airgap/ventilation ducting in the middle between lower and upper grille.
Total thickness of door leaf: 45 mm.
The door leaf is connected to the frame with 3 hinges and is fitted with door bumper EPDM SPONGE.
The doors may be fitted with ventilation in lower part of the door, 407 mm x 300 mm (Width x Height).
The door frame made of 1.5 mm thick steel plates insulated with mineral wool, nominal density 140
kg/m3 (manufactured by KCC CORPORATION). The frame is either welded or screwed (?4*40) to the
bulkhead spaced maximum 400 mm apart.
