Product Description

“COSMO B-15HNR”
Three hinged steel doors composed from 44 mm to 54 mm thick mineral wool type “Mineral Wool #80,
#200” with nominal density of 200 kg/m3 from KCC Corporation with 5 mm air gap in the middle. The
door leaf is covered with one 1 mm and one 0.8 mm thick steel plates from both sides and in the top
part of the door leaf 150 x 2 mm (Height x Thick) doubling plate from both sides.
The door frame made of 1.5 mm thick steel plates is welded to the bulkhead and is fitted with a
neoprene “door bumper”.
The doors may also be fitted with:
Observation Windows: 400 x 400 mm (Width x Height) and nominal thickness 16 mm;
Escape panel in lower part of the doors: 600 x 600 mm (Width x Height);
Doubling plate in lower left corner of the leaf: 150 x 150 x 2 (Width x Height x Thick).
Total thickness of door leaf is 45 - 55 mm.
