COSMO A-60WETC

Product Description

"COSMO A-60WETC"
is a single leaf hinged door. The door leaf consists of a 72 mm thick core of mineral wool (50 mm + 22
mm), nominal density 240 kg/m3 and type “Mineral wool” (manufactured by KCC CORPORATION),
bonded to 4 mm thick steel sheets on both sides (bonded with adhesive). The door leaf incorporates 3
stiffeners and the upper part of the door leaf, 100 mm space, is internally reinforced with 4 mm thick
steel plate.
Total door leaf thickness is 80 mm.
The door frame is made from 5 mm thick steel sheets, and may be bolted by 28 number of M8x25L bolts
or welded to the bulkhead. The door frame is fitted with ceramic seals (Ø23) along the edges of the door
leaf.
The door leaf is connected to the frame with 3 reinforced hinges, and closed to the door frame at 8
fastening points with interconnected rods and transmission which is connected to a wheel on both sides
of the door.
The door may be fitted with:
- Window in the upper part of the doors, type designation “Contraflam lite marine A60” (manufactured
by Saint-Gobain). Thickness: 27 mm
